7.0Staff was kind enough to, but didn’t go out of their way, luckily I know some German
− Reacted to my kid a bit rough a couple of times. He’s bit energetic, but not a hoodlum

Didn’t stay my whole booking
5.0Nice and clean. Room had a nice balcony. Close to the bus stop which made it easy to get to the ski resort without a car.
− Staff spoke zero English which made it very difficult. When checking in they weren’t expecting me and made me feel as though I hadn’t made a correct booking. English barrier was a big challenge as I don’t speak any German. There was a bathroom but really small bath towels provided. There was zero wifi available. I wouldn’t stay here again based off how I was treated on arrival. Best to find somewhere maybe more welcoming to foreigners.
