10.0Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch super. In 3 - 5 Minuten ist man an der Talstation der Eggalmbahn und an der Skibushaltestelle. Alles Andere kann man auch bequem zu Fuß erledigen. Insgesamt eine super Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war herrvoragend. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder.
− Leider war der Parkplatz nicht gekennzeichnet. Deshalb waren die Nachbarn etwas verärgert, da wir auf dem falschen Platz standen. Hier wäre eine Beschilderung hilfreich. Oder vor der Anreise einmal kurz bei der Vermieterin nachfragen, damit es keine Probleme gibt. Das haben wir leider versäumt.

1.0The apartment is big and well equipped.
− In the rooms it was very cold, the owner did not want to increase the temperature, and we couldn’t dry our ski equipment. On top of that, the owner was very unfriendly. The parking area was covered in snow and we couldn’t park. They expected us to practically clean the apartment ourselves, and there were no trash bins around the house.

4.0Clean, good facilities kitchen
− For an entire week, no clean towels were provided for replacement. After a heavy storm and snowfall, we had to clear the snow off a large outdoor garbage container ourselves just to dispose of our rubbish bags at checkout. We were charged an €80 fee for a supposedly lost key, even though we questioned the validity of this claim. Everything is handled online and digitally, and you won’t see any staff members in person.

7.0Líbila se mi lokalita i samotné apartmám jak svoji dispozicí, tak svým vybavením. Zde bylo vše v pořádku
− V průběhu pobytu byly špatné následující věci: 1. chyběla informace, které parkovací místo je vyhrazeno pro apartmán 2. není řešeno kam zaparkovat druhý auto 3. v apartmánu není vyřešeno jak usušit vlhké oblečení z lyžování. za celý pobyt ani jednou nebyly radiátory topení horké a nedaly se upravit tak, aby aspoň topily a mohlo se na nich sušit 4. v koupelně chyběl topný žebřík, který by bylo možné použít pro sušení 5. v apartmánu jsou instalovány sušiče na lyžařské boty, aly tyto sušiče i přes snahu nebylo možné zapnout a tudíž nefungovaly
