10.0Наш відпочинок був просто чудовим! Апартаменти перевершили всі очікування: дуже чисто, затишно та комфортно. Особливо вразили три балкони, з яких відкривається неймовірний панорамний вид на гори — кожен ранок і вечір були особливими. У квартирі було абсолютно все необхідне для комфортного проживання, продумано кожну дрібницю. Дуже тихе місце, де можна по-справжньому відпочити та насолодитися природою. Щиро рекомендуємо це житло всім, хто цінує комфорт, чистоту та незабутні краєвиди. Обов'язково повернемося ще.

− Velmi malý kuchyňský kout, chybějící hadr na otření nábytku na balkoně v případě deště, až po platbě jsme zjistili, že je třeba ještě navíc uhradit poplatek za uklid
Nice apartment, but poor communication and lack of support caused unnecessary stress
5.0The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was convenient, and once everything was sorted out, we enjoyed our stay.
− Communication with the hosts was very disappointing. An earlier check-in that had initially been approved was changed back to the standard check-in time at the last moment. The arrival information was missing, and when we arrived there was nobody on site and nobody answered the phone for approximately 45 minutes. Eventually, we received the access code, but no parking instructions. Obtaining the parking information then took almost two days despite more than 20 unanswered phone calls. Communication through the Booking platform was limited and dismissive, with instructions to “just read your messages” instead of addressing the issue directly. No apology was offered for the inconvenience caused.

9.0− Schuhe sollten ausdrücklich auf dem Gang platziert werden. Leider wurden uns dann ein paar teure Schuhe gestohlen. Zudem ist in dem Haus wohl bekannt, wie die Haustüre automatisch geöffnet werden kann. Aus Bequemheit wird das gerne genutzt. Leider wurde unser Kind dadurch mehrmals aus dem Schlaf gerissen.
Sehr schöne und gepflegte FeWo
10.0Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Gastein verbracht. Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht, 3 Balkone, eine kleine Küche, die aber alles hat was man braucht und ein gut eingerichtetes Wohn/Esszimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön, mit direktem Zugang zum Bad und ein separates Klo rundet die Wohnung ab. Es gibt genügend Schränke für Stauraum. Kann diese FeWo nur weiterempfehlen da sie auch noch in einer ruhigen Strasse liegt und sehr nah am Ortskern
