Az elhelyezkedése bomba volt. Ablakaink a hegyre nyíltak.

− A konyha felszereltsége ultragáz. A hűtőszekrény ócska volt: az ajtó-részen meleg, hátoldalán fagy, kinyitásához bravúr kellett. Mikro nyista. Egy vízmelegítő és egy filterkávé-főző várt (vittünk nespresso gépet). Mosogatószert, szivacsot, szemeteszsákot a sparban vásároltunk. Az ágy gyakorlatilag egy száraz vízágyként funkcionált, puha rettenet. A szállásadóval nem találkoztunk, whatsupon értekeztünk, illetve az ajtónk elé rakott végszámla formájában volt kiváncsi ránk. Az első napon jeleztem fizetési szándékomat (whatsup), de csak az utolsó nap éjszaka jelezte, hogy ők “általában” csak kp-t fogadnak el. Végül kaptam egy számlaszámot, oda utalhattam “jópénzért”. A legbántóbb talán ez a nulla kommunikáció volt.

The location of the house is one of the best in Bad KK. and studio number 1 has a large balcony, facing the Bach ski lift, a local ski bus stops in front of the house, and there are restaurants and a tourist information center nearby. The studio is very comfortable and functional, the heating is excellent, plenty of hot water. The double bed is large, with a soft mattress, feather duvets and pillows.

− When we arrived, none of the owners were present, so we waited for about 90 minutes. went to a restaurant to have lunch and then left again. There was no notice in the house or on the front door. We have not received any email. There was still no one, so we called the numbers from the booking confirmation. Finally, a woman's voice answered. In order to avoid further misunderstandings due to our lack of knowledge of the German language, we returned to the restaurant and asked the owner to contact the mentioned female person. She stated that the studio was unlocked and we could use it freely. That's how it was when we left again. The keys were attached to the doorknob, and the studio was more cold than warm. He warmed up only the next day. We waited three days for the scones, butter and sausage we ordered, and the sausage was not delivered, so we didn't order. anything later. Apparently, SOMEONE FORGOT ABOUT OUR ARRIVAL. Also, I had to SMS text them the day before to ask for someone to come and charge us for our stay because no one had shown up until then. The corridors in the building stank all the time. The stench was not felt at all in the studio.
