The unit was very clean and comfortable. We'd stay again. Everything was close by to what our needs were.

− The Redback in one of the games, what a surprise the daughter got! Also the shower head leaked, it had silicone around it but still leaked. New shower head would of been great.

Place was clean but nothing in shower to stop water getting on floor.

− Air con was poor. Only wallunit in main room.Was not reverse cycle throughout. Very uncomfortable being it was 45 degrees during stay.

− A few more different shaped glasses for wine, beer and soft drinks would be helpful. Outdoor BBQ. A workable lock on the bathroom/laundry door would be good too. On another matter...Less rules from the hosts would be nice. I have never stayed somewhere that had so many rules before we arrived. Why we both had to provide email addresses and driver's licences, I am not sure as I was paying, and organising it all. It made us feel we were dealing with someone in law enforcement, or a school teacher. We were also asked to leave the place quite tidy and put furniture back. Ok, I understand that they need to specify "in-house rules" before they accept you as a guest, and again reiterating them when staying in the place, but in a parting text as well? I told them we were in our 60's and 70's. We were hardly going to be moving furniture, partying etc. which they knew as they had viewed our driver's licences. It was irritating; and that was AFTER the muck up with the door code which cost us four hours of wasted time. We had to stand outside in the dark trying to work out another option for accommodation in this dark, rundown, isolated town that was booked up for the long weekend. I was exhausted by time we did get a response from the hosts at 11 pm. To be fair-they made amends with a $100 discount for our inconvenience. However, they knew they were getting on a plane at the time we were arriving-7 pm. They also knew that I specifically asked them to send the door code to me, which they did not. So make sure you clarify the door code well in advance, and that the hosts are going to be contactable during your stay, otherwise I would not bother.
