6.0Great Location. Easy Access To Main Street . Amazing Pool. Pool Bar. Beach. Early Check In.
− Could have been cleaner. Especially the decking. Bathroom sink drain slow to drain water, often filled up. Room needs a refresh/update. Hard Beds. Pillows were too soft and not good quality.
It was a great stay overall, location & resort facilites were great!

− The showerhead in the main bathroom was broken. There were not many items in the kitchen to cook with or containers to use during our stay. Many of the light switches didn't turn any lights on.

8.0Great location and pool facilities. Apartment location right near entrance and pool was very convenient.
− Minor things that added up: There was no clothes airer to dry swimwear after pool time, that seemed like a pretty standard inclusion in our prior stays at the Beach Club. One tiny shampoo bottle was not enough for 5 night for 4 people, would be good if extras were provided. Also no salt, pepper or cling wrap in the kitchen which were also pretty standard from our prior stays in other units.

Requested a ocean view which we did have but was over the restaurant canopy which spoilt the view.

− Complex parking, numerous entrances, all look alike. Would be helpful if they were numbered. Also doors from car park up to hotel not distinguishable!! I also 2 of us stayed for 4 nights but only 1 small bottle of each shampoo, conditioner, lotion & wash. Previous hotel provided a more realistic amount so we were caught short.
