Fantastic self contained apartment

A fabulous stay in the city of Adelaide
10.0This apartment is perfectly located in Adelaide. We were a short walk from the busses and shopping area. Having the IGA supermarket only just around the corner from the front door. The apartment was easy to access and the facilities in the building were great. The apartment was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very well equipped. I would highly recommend this accommodation when staying in Adelaide.

10.0Very good apartment in a block with good parking facilities. Good location. Owner there to meet us and to show us the apartment and how to work all equipment. Excellent facilities such as pool, gym, also a good cafe on the ground floor and an IGA for all necessary shopping. There is a pub next door which can be noisy if sitting on the veranda but close the door and you cannot hear outside noise. Enjoyed out stay here very much and would highly recommend apartment and will be back!

Good to know
Maximum of 4 Guests at all times and all guest details to be supplied and listed in booking. Current Government issued photo ID for each guest to be sent within 1 week of booking and prior to arrival. Id's must be presented as requested on arrival for entry.
The damage deposit of AUD $500 will be collected on arrival, as a cash payment or by the PayID instant payment. Deposit will be returned within 7 days (usually same day) after cleaning has been completed and property inspected.
International guests may be charged up to $20 for international bank transfers for deposit return.
Noise to a minimum as this is a residential complex. Please respect the use of common areas and leave them clean and tidy. Strictly no smoking in the apartment and on the balcony.
Strictly nothing to be thrown over the balcony - any items thrown or blown off the balcony (Due to weather) is a fineable offense by Strata Management & or owner. No washing to be dried on the balcony. Key Card access to building - Lost or damaged cards will incur $100 charge.
