9.0Szép, bár néhány része felújításra szorul, de nagyon tiszta lakás, egy kicsit forgalmas út mellett, amire az erkély is nyílik. Akinek ez fontos szempont, hogy legyen mikró, annak ez hiányozhat. Nagyon kedvező ár-értékű szállás, jó parkolási lehetőséggel.
− A világítás nem minden helyiségben megfelelő, hiányzik pár helyen az izzó (vagy nem ég) a lámpákból.
