8.0The location, layout and cleanliness was excellent.
− The tv only had one working channel and the chromecast wouldn’t work so we couldn’t use the TV. It was otherwise a great stay!
Overall, there are much better accommodation options around here for this cost.
3.0The townhouse is very clean and the kitchen well-appointed. Quiet location next to a Caravan park.
− The townhouse is in an old 12 townhouse complex and staying here is far from easy. We read the reviews and wondered if we are in the same place! Only one of the three bedrooms has A/C which even in mild temps was desperately needed and the shared bathroom and shower is awkward to use between everyone. The stairs are not good for kids or elderly plus the single garage is only fit for a small or mid-size car after you move the all the broken furniture and discarded screen door, even then we only got to use it once as the batteries in the remote opener went flat plus the keypad front door is temperamental. (We always felt we may not get in) The location is quiet but parking is essentially out in the street. Ignore the sauna hype…. You wouldn’t use it once you see it.

10.0I absolutely loved everything about this property! From the extra linen on the comfortable beds to the sauna and outdoor bath, it was all just perfect. The cleanliness and all the amenities made it the ideal place to bring my family. If we ever return to Coffs Harbour, I hope this property is still available. Thank you!
