6.0We didn't get any breakfast from the property
− Heating in the apartment was unbearable even with the cold temperature. We had to open every window to be able to sleep. In the kitchen there is 1 old pot and pan. No cooking utensils except 1 knife, 3 used up forks and 3 spoons. There were no soap in the bathroom, no dishwashing liquid, not enough toilet paper or paper towel. No hairdryer. No washing rugs in the kitchen.
