8.0The location was convenient, being a short drive into town.
− The carpets appeared not to have been vacuumed recently. It's a shame that linen isn't provided (no towels or bedding) as this is difficult for interstate visitors. Collection of the keys was a little concerning as they were not available at the office as advertised because the rental manager had already left. Fortunately the non associated staff member still in attendance was able to make a call and find out what was going on.
A fantastic stay, we hope to stay with you again.
10.0Vicky at reception was super helpful and friendly and helped with check in and check out. We loved the villa and all the details, with great facilities and all the little touches. Loved it.

− The cleanliness. Rubbish bin full and food scraps left under the sink. Tea towels were not clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. I don’t think cleaners had been in after the previous renters. So that was disappointing - for a cost of $660 we expected better.
