9.0The apartment is clean modern and very good organized,in a quiet and green area a very good view from the balcony,with all kitchen equipment, fast internet, and reserved parking space.
− There were two and one of us slept on the sofa, the sofa didn't fold out at all,therefore it is not very suitable for sleeping and there was no dedicated sheet for the sofa, we had to improvise one! The kitchen window didn't have any blackout curtains, early in the morning the sun hits the sofa directly and you can't sleep, even for that we had to improvise a curtain!

10.0Un apartamento muy espacioso y con todo lo que puedas necesitar, la zona es muy tranquila y con un supermercado muy cerca. El apartamento está reformado y es muy agradable y confortable, además estaba bastante limpio.
− Faltaría algo de información extra para el acceso, nos costó un poco encontrar el apartamento y tamibén la localización de los cubos de basura. Estaría bien tener más detalles para futuros huéspedes. Aún así no perjudicó la estancia, estuvimos muy a gusto.

Top Appartement mit allem was man braucht!
10.0Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Bilder und sehr sauber.Hätte ich die Zeit gehabt,hätte ich ein 5-Gänge Menü in der Küche zaubern können-es fehlte nichts in dem Appartement.Der Balkon ist schön groß,das Bett sehr bequem.Zu dem Appartement gehört ein Parkplatz.Ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen in den 6.Stock.
− Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt am Haus vorbei-wer Stille von zu Hause gewöhnt ist,erschreckt sich erstmal kurz.
