10.0Ev sahibi iletişime açık samimi birisiydi. Ev biraz yokuşta, biz ordayken yağmur yağdı ve karşı dağlar müthiş manzaralar oluştu. Bahçesi, oturma alanı gayet iyiydi. Mutfak malzemeleri kullanışlıydı. Aracımızla geldiğimiz için otopark kullandık. Kapalı garaj evin hemen yanında gayet iyiydi.

6.0− Konum olarak çok iyiydi beyefendi de güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Evin altında kapalı otoparkı vardı başçarşı yürüme mesafesinde. Ev temizliği konusunda halılar kirliydi ve mutfakta ciddi karınca vardı rahatsız ediciydi. Yatak ve çarşaflar yıpranmıştı ama temizdi.
