8.0Decor,, facilities, location, ambience, comfort, space in lounge area and bedrooms, gardens.
− Microwave not cleaned from previous user, old worn sponge provided, window covering in bathroom preferred for privacy (was also mentioned by previous user), windows a little dirty, parking was adequate for our small car but would benefit from a driveway over street parking.

10.0The location was superb. The size was great. The bed was very comfortable. The lounge was great with big tv and comfortable couches. The kitchen had some utensils like electric fry pan and small pots,toaster, kettle. The bathroom was big enough with shower. Sitting in the garden with a glass of wine with that view was very relaxing. This a great place to relax and very private garden.
− No laundry Lack of cooking utensils like skillet pan and large pot for cooking spaghetti. The small pots that were provided showed signs of being burnt with black burn marks. Car parking is on the street unless you have a small car.
