Loved the location with wonderful views over the beach north and south and at the rear also Great to have 2 living space inside and was very roomy for all.

− Missed having an outdoor patio under cover close to living as enjoy eating out.

Penthouse with spa

Due to the penthouse spa not working, we were moved to an apartment next door, The RedVu which was absolutely fine. We still had the penthouse and a roof top spa. It was fabulous, clean ,comfy and a great location.

− The main ensuite bathroom had no privacy door so you could see straight in from the bed. Was not comfortable when you are sharing a bed with a friend. Outside patio was abit disappointing. Sitting in the spa or sitting at the table you could not see the fantastic view as it not glass. It's a concrete screen. Lift failed on our last day. We had to take all our heavy luggage down 8 flights of stairs from the penthouse. We were offered no help. Overall it was still a lovely place to stay.

A 2-star penthouse, size is only thing that reflects a penthouse, ive had better from a studio

Location and view of the ocean The reception staff were great but felt awkward when addressing the issues they were presented with, they did everything they could do and were always keen to help

− Dishwasher didn't work, Was no frother for the coffee machine, just a base. Unit caters for 6 people but was only 4 coffee mugs, outside deck only had 2 chairs for a possible 6 people TV remotes all had flat batteries and no instruction on how to use through Foxtel, no compendium to explain the use of any of the facilities. The L shaped couch with remote footrests didn't work as the cabling for the power was removed and the amount of dirt and rubbish behind it was unacceptable levels, never been vacuumed. TV in the main lounge was tiny and couldn't be turned off, had to unplug from the wall, the TV in the 2nd living area was huge but the furniture was outdoorsy and uncomfortable The spa was out of order, was only told after money was taken and the non-refund period had kicked in. The shaded upper deck had no shade cloth over the table setting and access to the rooftop is impossible for anyone with minor mobility issues or if you wanted to transport food to the rooftop due to the tight spiral staircase. the gate at the top of the staircase was difficult to open and once open wouldn't close. The floor in the ensuite would flood from the shower and not drain away, drain was too far away with no fall, so sitting on the toilet meant sitting in a puddle of water. The air con in the ensuite was only cold and noisy, really loud. The side tables in the main bedroom were tiny and the knobs on the drawers came off meaning you couldn't use them.

Great spot for a family. Great views. Overall a good place to stay.

It’s a very large unit with wonderful views. Large glass windows. Comfortable with everything you need. Bonus points for having a tea pot. There are two separate lounge areas and separate balconies. Three TV’s to use. Also exclusive use of the roof was great.

− There is no luggage trolley at the unit but you can borrow one from next door at Redvue. However our fob key didn’t work so we also couldn’t use the pool there either. The lift is a bit of a worry and has issues operating especially in the wind. Only one bedroom had aircon. The roof top spa was very hot so couldn’t be used during this stay. Also the spa in the main bedroom was just a big hole with a board over it. None of this really impacted us too much. Except the luggage trolley.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable spaces and would stay again.

The views and space were absolutely perfect.

− The ruling around the air conditioning temperature was a bit hard as the rooms got very hot if there was no breeze. Needed to lower the air conditioning to cool the place then could turn it up. I understand a simple starter pack on arrival but would highly recommend extra rubbish bags, salt and pepper to be available especially for short stays. We also found the decor to be very very “eclectic”
