1.0De accomodatie was dubbel geboekt door booking.com, we kregen een aanbod voor vervangende overnachting 250 km verderop andere kant van het land! Na veel gebel met de klantenservice kregen we akkoord om de 2 nachten in het 5 sterren hotel te gaan, enige waar plek was. Ook een bevestigingmail van booking.com gekregen dat het prijsverschil akkoord was voor hun. Ze hadden onze oorspronkelijke boeking geannuleerd en ik moest het 5 sterren hotel betalen en ik zou het verschilbedrag van 880 teruggestort krijgen. Na het verblijf van 2 dagen en 1200 euro betaald te hebben hield booking.com zich niet aan de afspraak en zette 60 euro op mijn reistegoed. Onbetrouwbare oplichters zijn ze.

Coole gestaltete, großzügige Wohnung
10.0Sehr geschmackvoll und mit vielen Sammlerstücken eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Wochenendaufenthalt braucht. Die Wohung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, das Zentrum von Spa ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Unkomplizierter, sehr netter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. :-)
