I knew it would be without a reception because it’s called apartman and not hotel so I made contact the day before etc. I also didn’t trust booking to give the right address/ location on map as is often the case in more rural places with interesting street numbering. The staff understood and went out of their way to help me. Even with the added problem that I’d bought a SIM that didn’t work so only had internet when in a cafe etc. the arrival and check in was problem free. The room was excellent, very spacious and airy. I love that the building was so well designed with windows giving a cross breeze- I was able to be cool in July without aircon: old fashioned ecological design when common sense was common. The eaves also overhang to give shade and you can dry washing even when it’s raining. And probably keep the snow away in winter. The hosts were very welcoming genuine and interesting, offering me a chance to eat and drink with them and helping me to practice my few words of the language. Great location in a tranquil residential area stones throw from the river, mountain views and a nice local cafe and shop for day to day needs.

sono buone persona, una família unita. il proprietario è stato gentile e mi ha anche accompagnato in centro con la sua auto.

− Purtroppo simpatie a parte bisogna essere oggettivi ed onesti. internet non ha mai funzionato,lui continuava a dire "restart modem" ma semplicemente era un problema di segnale che non arrivava nella stanza. La peggior stanza possibile, serratura della porta rotta, e i bambini della proprietaria a finco gridando fino a mezza notte(ho dovuto bussare per farli smettere) La mattina non c'era nemmeno acqua calda per la doccia . una sola pentola ed anche mezza bruciata e sporca. le tende piene di polvere.... Mi dispiace davvero lasciare questa recensione, ma non è più la Bosnia di 20 anni fa dove dormi per 5€.... se oggi a Foča ti chiedono gli stessi soldi di Sarajevo o Belgrado, devono per lo meno offrire un tratto degno e la sola entrata di casa con la collezione di scarpe di tutta la famiglia non è un buon biglietto da visita per l'igiene e la pulizia. Magari il problema è solamente nella stanza accanto alla loro casa e le altre sono migliori, non saprei, ma mi sono trovato davvero male ...e lo dice uno che ha dormito in India Bangladesh e Thailandia a casa di locali....
