8.0Location and house were really nice. Really comfortable upstairs area and easy walk into town
− Downstairs toilet only the annoying thing with the IR sensor in the toilet. Would be better if it had a switch so you could turn it off when not in use because it goes for a while and can hear in the bedroom.

10.0Great location, close to the beach and away from the busy shopping complex. Still walking distance to get our groceries and the cafes.
− First, I'd like to thank Mario who went above and beyond to bring me the garage remote control, and I think this is the kind of management you want for a seamless holiday experience. However, the calling centre or some outsourcing customer service line was quite ordinary, very vague responses, and couldn't careless about what questions were. This is a great property, please choose your customer service team to reflect the service you are actually providing.
