− Het warme water werkte helaas niet. De eigenaar deed wel heel wat moeite om het probleem te proberen op te lossen.

3.0Emplacement agréable. Possibilité d’aller à la plage à pied.
− Manque de savoir vivre du propriétaire. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix et beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations sans les draps ni ni même de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain… 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour tout notre séjour ! L’appartement n’était même pas propre à notre arrivée ( baignoire sale, présence d’épingles partout par terre dans le salon) Le propriétaire nous a demandé de lui virer une caution de 500€ sur son compte personnel avant notre arrivée et nous a fait patienter 5 jours avant de nous la restituer alors que nous lui avions rendu un appartement impeccable ( plus propre qu’à notre arrivée) et que la dame qui venait récupérer les clés avait dit que tout était ok. Nous sommes des personnes très respectueuses et nous aimons être traitées de la même façon. Très mauvais sens de l’accueil qui a gâché notre séjour.

10.0Ideale ligging - op 20 wandelminuten van Nieuwpoort-stad en eveneens 20 wandelminuten van Nieuwpoort-bad. Tramhalte zo goed als voor de deur. Gratis parkeerplaatsen op de straat. Parkeergarage ook inbegrepen. Prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras / woonkamer op jachthaven en vaargeul.

− Het bleef erg warm binnen ondanks dat we de vloerverwarming op de laagste stand hadden gezet

8.0Toller Ausblick auf den Kanal und die Schiffe . Sehr schön eingerichtet .
− Leider waren die Fahrräder nicht funktionsfähig. Schade , wir hatten uns auf Ausflüge per Bike gefreut . Besonders , da die Lage zwar sehr schön , aber auch in einiger Entfernung zum Meer und auch der Stadt ist.
