9.0*Great location, short walk from railway station Guillemins & tram stops and situated in a quiet residential street *Excellent, timely correspondence from owners *Easy to access apartment *Beautiful, bright town-house apartment with period features as well as some quirky items of decor *Air con unit provided *Well equipped kitchen area *Access to washing machine in the basement *Lovely private terrace with table, chairs and lounger *Large shower room with walk-in shower *We would absolutely stay here again!! Also...there is a lovely wee patisserie just along the road
− Nothing...except to mention the bed on the mezzanine level - it was sooo hot during our stay that we were unable to sleep up there and had to use the sofa bed closer to the air-con unit. Such a shame as it was a lovely feature. Perhaps next time!

8.0Location, space and the balcony
− It happened to be incredibly hot in Liege when we stayed there there and sleeping in the vide was like in an oven as the hot air rises. But most apts will not have AC so it can’ t be helped I guess.
