− Voelde niet als welkom; weinig sfeer Keukeninventaris slordig Stopcontact in badkamer hing los evenals closetrol houder. Op het terras was geen parasol aanwezig en wel een gemis met de hitte buiten.

− Het was niet proper Zetel met vuile plekken stof Badkamer absoluut niet veilig ivm water en electriciteit Hier mee bedoel ik stopcontact hangt half uit de muur verlichting komen de draden uit plafond

9.0De locatie en de rust zijn uitstekend. Tevens was het heerlijk koel tijdens de warme dagen in mei. De studio is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep vlekkeloos.
