Great location for what we wanted

Lounge kitchen was great and that it had outside space. Bathroom a great size too and the air conditioners really helped in the hot weather

− The only thing I didn’t expect was that a room was used downstairs to host cooking classes. It just felt a little lacking in privacy but we were only there for two days so not much of an issue in that time. Locks on the bedrooms & lounge was a bit strange but I suppose it’s used in different ways throughout the year.

Excellent Welcome from Serge, even though we arrived later than expected. All facilities were excelent, especially the coffee machine. All our needs were considered and taken care of including cycle storage. I will stay here again

If you’re staying in the Ypres region this place you’ll be lucky to find better.

I think this was the third time we have stayed at this apartment, and it was a great as before. A stunning place which is beautifully furnished and expertly equipped, It is hosted by the wonderful Serge, who doubles as a chef giving cooking lessons in the apartment below. The experience of walking into the apartment building to be greeted by the smell of garlic, butter, wine and seafood is one of the highlights of any trip to Ypres!

De supervriendelijke ontvangst, het uitgebreide comfort, de zalige bedden, de voortreffelijke hygiëne, de ideale ligging maakten dat ons verblijf op alle gebied een voltreffer was.
