10.0Апартаментът е с чудесна локация в Стария център на Смолян, много удобен и функционален, има всичко необходимо, включително столче за хранене и дори домакините бяха предвидили специални изненади за най-малките. Много е чисто и леглото е страшно удобно. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново със семейството ми.

9.0Апартаментът е много приятен. Има всички удобства, много добра локация в стария център на града. Банята е доста просторна и удобна.
− Не е удобен достъпът за семейства с бебе в количка - има доста стълби до самата сграда и до самия апартамент. Трудно се намира място за паркиране.
Разочароващ.
5.0Обзавждането беше добро.
− Не ми хареса сградата, всичко на около се разпада и мирише на мухъл. Липсва паркинг. Липсва басейн. Вместо апартамент със спалня трапезария и кухня получаваш, гарсониера 3 в едно, ужас.
