− The pillows and bed. The mattress was a bit hard and I needed more pillows to support my back and head. The pillows had to be replaced as they were not clean, but that was done when I complained. Coffee machine has issues as the latch is catching, and there were no coffee capsules: But staff were responsive when I spoke to them and sorted things out eventually.

− Много лоша хигиена в кухненска част-прибори и съдове-с остатъци от храна. Повредени ел.уреди. Непочистен хладилник, вкл.плесен в него. Лицето за връзка получи от мен същата информация. Лошо изпрани хавлиени кърпи.

9.0Makkelijk toegankelijk appartement, van allemaal snufjes voorzien om het naar je wens te maken. Zoals heerlijke vloerverwarming in de badkamer Het balkon was heerlijk om nog van de ochtendzon te genieten.
− Warm water in de douch was wat snel op als je achter elkaar wilde douchen.
Posizione ottima peccato per il resto!
5.0L' ambiente era molto caldo e la posizione è decisamente perfetta.
− La stanza aveva un odore sgradevole, i mobili vecchi, il piumino e i cuscini ingialliti e soprattutto abbiamo passato 3 notti a sentire i vicini che guardavano film ad altissimo volume con annessi vari rumori continui.
