1.0− По време на престоя ми в комплекса претърпях сериозен инцидент – подхлъзване и счупване на глезен в общите части, непосредствено пред входа, поради непочистена и заледена настилка. Наложи се спешна медицинска помощ и лечение. След инцидента управителят на обекта не осъществи директна комуникация с мен, не предостави информация за отговорното лице или застраховка и избягва съдействие, като комуникацията се води чрез трети лица. Считам това за сериозен проблем с безопасността на гостите и липса на адекватна реакция. По случая има активна комуникация с Booking.com.

10.0В номері чисто, є необхідний посуд для приготування їжі, чистий новий санвузол, смарт тв, зручне ліжко, хороша постіль. Взагалі - все нове, свіже. Плануємо ще приїжджати саме сюди, як що у Пампорово. На наш смак - недоліків взагалі ніяких.Вихід до трас буквально поряд з номером - ця зручність дійсно вражає. Немає необхідності десь їхати, кудись йти, щоб кататись. Все поряд буквально.
