the apartment was not cleaned. in the living room animal hair. the sheets were not changed. from us rating 0 We reported it to the reception and they told us it was not their property and that we had to clean it ourselves.

It is a cheap place where to stay but I didn’t feel it cozy and pleasant at all, I would like to come back.

The location.

− The single beds in one of the rooms they were uncomfortable, probably because the mattress was damaged on sides, we really needed a small mirror in our bedroom, I think will be a necessity specially for ladies, the bathroom had an issue after each shower the floor was getting full with water even if the curtain was closed, so must to be fixed.

we will not return to this facility in the future.

did not have breakfast because it started at 8:00 and we have to leave for ski at 7:30 it would be grate if beakfast would be available in the ski period at 7:30

− the heating in the room was with electric heaters so on the day of the arrival the temperature in the apartment was 20grdC and was not confortable at all after coming on the long road not having warm temperature in the room. We had to leave the heaters running 24h/24h to worm up the air in the apartment. Also there was no warm water since the water heater was turned off and succeeding in providing some hot water only the next morning that was enough only for 2 people (we were 3 persons). Also the button to turn on the water heater was not proper signalized. Also there were no instruction were to deposit the garbage and no one from the cleaning personnel come to take the garbage out the entire 4 days of our stay. We did not use the spa since it was in different building then our apartment - it would be better to inform this upon reservation My daughter had lunch at the restaurant and encoutered difficuties in paying with the card - the personnel insisted to pay cash saying that the POS does not work (the wi-fi was running) after I insisted to pay by card (we did not have cash) they finally accepted and brough the POS.

Fantastic views from a large apartment with facilities to be improved, hopefully soon

The view from all windows was fantastic! 2 bedrooms with convenient beds. Warn and sunny apartment, no need to heat with "smelly" convectors. In th Cornelia SPA we liked the massage most of all. Our Bulgarian friends recommended the restautant in Cornelia, but we did not have time to check. No problems with parking the car, also on weekends.

− Almost no pottery to cook food. Limited with plates and no useful bowls. No dish rack. No dining table with 4 or 6 chairs (though the owners promised us planning to buy)! No one mirrow outside the one and only bathroom.
