1.0Only the the hotel where the apartment is located.
− It was very dirty, nobody cleaned for 8 days, we have to take care of rubbish. We had to buy toilet paper. There was liquid soo in the bathroom which was mixed with water so to last longer but it was just 1/3 part of the container. The sheets were smelling sheet. The shower was super slow, the mattress super old with added slip too mattress on top which was wasted too. We left earlier!!!

− die Vermieter sprechen kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch also keine Verständigung Möglich. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, Abfluss in der Küche war von Anfang an verstopft, das Geschirr und die Geräten defekt, Badezimmer kam Wasser aus dem Boden und war immer nass. Das internet funktzioniert auch nicht also 10 Tage kein WLAN.

10.0Комплексът е страхотен - чист и много добре поддържан. Апартаментът има всичко нужно за една спокойна почивка.
No bad comments, it was all good and we would like to come again in the summertime.
9.0We liked the position of the property, the cleanliness of the apartment and also the owners was very nice and friendly.
− We didn’t really understand the separation from the Splendid Hotel. We were waiting in the hotel reception and the staff told us that the apartments are kind of separate from the hotel, even if they share the same court, name and building. It was just a bit weird cause it was more like a private AirBnb experience inside of a hotel and we didn’t really knew that before.
