5.0− Apartamento extremamente simples, sem pano de chão nem de prato, cobertas muito humildes, louças muito encardidas, oferecem o mínimo do mínimo. Apenas 1 papel higiênico e a toalha. Não tem bebedouro e nem cafeteira.

6.0Boa localização, a anfitriã muito atenciosa. A cama eu gostei, mas o colchão pode ser mole para algumas pessoas. Tem tudo que precisamos, o básico, mas tem, se quiser cozinhar. Deixei nota 6, se não fosse o chuveiro e o mofo seria fácil um 8 ou 9 de 10.
− Precisa de manutenção, o chuveiro está pingando água, mas bastante a ponto do ruído incomodar, como fica sempre molhado o outro lado da parede do banheiro que vai para o quarto tem mofo. Se não fosse por isso seria um ótimo custo benefício.
