9.0Das picinas de águas mornas e quente, a orgnanização, atendimento, seguraça e a limpesa tanto dos quartos como de todo ambiente. A cidade é uma maravilha e um povo acolhedor e bastante segura.
− Sobre a localização, meu quarto ficou muito longe da recepção e das picinas. o nosso banheiro tinha uma lampada com problema. Todavia, no mais foi excelente a estadia.

8.0Ótimo custo-benefício. Gostei muito das piscinas e da estrutura do complexo, que oferece diversas opções de lazer, tornando desnecessário sair do local durante a estadia. O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom, sempre cordial e prestativo. O quarto estava limpo, bem conservado e com pintura recente. Sempre que solicitamos algo, fomos prontamente atendidos.
− O ar-condicionado não funcionou durante a estadia. Além disso, o telefone do quarto também estava inoperante, embora não tenha sido necessário utilizá-lo. Solicitamos um berço para o quarto, porém foi necessário reforçar o pedido, e a entrega demorou mais do que o esperado. Outro ponto que causou desconforto foi a vedação insuficiente das cortinas, que permitiam a entrada de claridade tanto durante a noite, proveniente das luzes dos corredores, quanto ao amanhecer, comprometendo a qualidade do descanso.
