8.0Local silencioso, em condomínio fechado. Fácil acesso.
− Escada sem corrimão do lado aberto. Corrimão muito próximo à parede, não permite segurar firmemente. Não tinha garrafa térmica. Era necessário fqzer o café e logo beber. Tinha apenas copos de vidro, sem canecas para café da manhã. Não há espelho no banheiro. E sobre o espelho do quarto não há lâmpada.

4.0− Eu acredito que poderia melhorar por exemplo, cama de casal de verdade, um micro-ondas ajuda bastante e tbm é a primeira vez que fico em um ap que precisa pagar a parte o ar condicionado fiquei indignada.
