Vista magnífica da praia de itaparica com bom custo benefício.
8.0A localização é excelente, perto de tudo e com uma excelente vista da praia. Vc não precisa de carro para nada se seu objetivo é ficar em torno da praia. Mas se estiver de carro, a garagem é coberta e de facil acesso. Ainda tem uma piscina no terraço com toda estrutura.
− Faltou uma forma para assar pizza mas foi suprida pelas excelentes pizzarias proximas que fazem entrega rapidíssimo.
