1.0Estou refazendo minha avaliação, tendo em vista que verifiquei que nas avaliações o problema de cupins e baratas é desde sempre.
− Infestação de cupins, cama, cozinha, sala, TUDO!!!! Tinham baratas mortas dentro do armário da cozinha quando chegamos. As fotos são bonitas mas não mostram a realidade da qualidade. A cama, os rodapés, os portais, os armários... tudo está infestado de cupins.
Feriadão em família.
10.0Ótimo apartamento, bem grande, uma sacada enorme, bem arejado ,ventilação, todos os cômodos do apartamento são grandes. Perto da praia, perto de farmácia, mercado. Adorei, recomendo a outras pessoas, e com certeza pretendo voltar em outra ocasião.
