9.0Gostei bastante da atenção dos donos, foram prestativos e educados. Além disso a cozinha estava muito bem equipada. O apartamento é charmoso e aconchegante. Não tenho do que reclamar
− A acomodação para mim foi perfeita, mas como precisava me deslocar para a UESC tive dificuldade em pegar os ônibus pois cobravam mais caro para quem estava na região, além de ter tido dificuldade para entender o horário deles

8.0O apartamento possui o necessário para o mínimo de conforto; As instalações sao Ok. Tudo funciona perfeitamente.
− Há um cachorro no térreo do prédio que começa a latir bem cedo. Quem tem sono leve, como eu, vai se incomodar.
