Great location of an awesome apartment

The property was as pictured but the view was even better than expected as when the windows were open you could hear the ocean waves. The bed was comfortable though the memory foam pillows were a little large for comfort. WiFi worked great as did the shower. Kitchen was well equipped; especially loved the chilled water purifier. AC in bedroom worked great. Fan in living area was sufficient for daytime comfort without need of the AC. Communication with the owner was prompt, proactive and helpful. The building was kept very clean and the concierge staff were prompt, friendly and helpful. The pool area and terrace were nicely equipped. Though it is noteworthy that the weekends often had private bookings during my monthlong stay. Bus to Pelourino (#1001) was very conveniently caught nearby. And uber was prompt if you prefer. The location was nearby restaurants and a block from a huge shopping mall, but noise at night was NOT a problem.

− No problems noted. Everything was as pictured and expected except that balcony in listing is the 2nd floor terrace and not attached to the apartment.
