− Infelizmente o apartamento 106 está em péssimas condições para locação. Sugiro avaliar a manutenção deste Anfitrião para futuras locações. Vazamentos na ducha, infiltração nas paredes,.chuveiro pingando, colchão e camas auxiliares inapropriados, iluminação deficiente, por fim, tvs com controles danificados / sem pilha - Só trocava canal na TV. Muito aquém da expectativa/valor pago.
