7.0Localização excelente, muito perto da praia, bairro muito bonito. Apartamento perto de excelente comércio. Anfitrião explicou bem os acessos e comodidades do flat.
− Pegar as chaves em outro bairro foi realmente muito ruim, pois tive que pegar um Uber até lá, e depois outro para o apartamento. O box do banheiro estava bem sujo. Acho que uma limpeza melhor, vai melhorar bastante a nota do apto em futuras oportunidades.

Local com alguns pontos negativos, como mencionei, mas no geral,bom custo benefício.
8.0A localização é ótima. Cama boa, roupa de cama e banho limpas, cheirosas. Tem comércio próximo, tudo bem fácil.
− A porta da sacada estava agarrando no trilho, tive dificuldade para abrir. Fios soltos dão a impressão de desleixo. Cortina bastante suja. Acho que poderiam disponibilizar também uma toalha de rosto limpa no banheiro.
