Gostei muito do apartamento e do atendimento da anfitriã Marisa.
8.0A localização dos mercados são próximos ao apartamento. Os itens do apartamento funcionaram perfeitamente, em especial o ar condicionado.
− Não gostei da gestão do estacionamento do condomínio. Creio que pode melhorar a comunicação dos hospedes e portaria, pois as vagas são limitadas e alguns carros ficaram obstruindo a saída dos outros.

10.0Tive uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A anfitriã, dona Marisa, é muito gentil e atenciosa. Entrou em contato comigo antes da estadia, explicou tudo sobre a acomodação, tirou minhas dúvidas e se antecipou à minha entrada. Inclusive, o check-in que estava previsto para as 15h foi alterado por ela para as 8h, o que foi um grande diferencial. O apartamento tem uma localização excelente, em frente à praia. Estava impecável, muito limpo, super confortável e ideal para passar o final de ano ou qualquer data. Recomendo com certeza!
− A churrasqueira ecológica não apresentou desempenho satisfatório para churrasco, possivelmente por falta de familiaridade com o uso, considerando ser um modelo padrão do edifício.

− Achei q a varanda era d frente com a praia mas depois me enformei com a anfitriã e o apartamento q tem a varanda de frente p mar e outro.
