− Banheiro apertado, mas isso é gosto pessoal! Estava super limpo! Moveis precisam manutenção, alguns estão instaveis! Ficamos com medo de quebrar conosco- tipo o armario que fica copos... na sala!

10.0Para quem vai para a UNICAMP eu recomendo. Ambiente tranquilo, caminho direto para a Universidade. Acomodações e moveis que permite estadia com simplicidade e conforto.
− Não possui acessibilidade, é necessario subir escada para acessar o Flat. Pessoas com baixa mobilidade não devem escolher este apartamento. No Flat 1, o espaço do vaso no banheiro é pequeno, pessoas grandes pode ter dificuldade.
