10.0Gostei de tudo, localização ao lado do shopping Brisamar, que tem um supermercado Sonda, no térreo, tem mini extra, na esquina, farmácia ,tudo perto, praia, apartamento espaçoso, chuveiro quentinho, bem arejado, tem tudo de cozinha, microondas, fogão, geladeira funcionando muito bem, liquidificador, recepção 24h, o dono Juliano é muito atencioso, tem wi fi.
Excelente custo x benefício
10.0Pró-atividade dos funcionários em auxiliar no que foi necessário. Facilidade de deslocamento para praia e ser do lado do Shopping.
