7.0Ótimo espaço - bem dividido, com utensílios domésticos, incluindo tanque, lavadora de roupas. É um conjunto de aptos térreos com 1o andar, todos com garagem, fácil de entrar e sair.
− Limpeza deixou a desejar - havia resto de comida no ralo da pia da Cozinha, lençol de cima revirado no armário, roupa de cama com cara de usada…tanque e pia do banheiro são de plástico mas funcionam .
