10.0o apartamento é bem localizado, fácil de encontrar, próximo de comércios, da praia. Gostamos muito. Tem ar condicionado, uma rede. Encontramos tudo limpinho e organizado. A Francine nos atendeu muito bem e com agilidade. Obrigada.
− Só não gostamos de uma das cama de solteiro , pois dá para sentir o estrado. Desconfortável

8.0Instalação de acordo com as fotos e anúncio. A Francina muito solicita. Única dica é se for cozinhar no apartamento, o gás encanado do fogao tem chama bem baixa . Precisa ter tempo e paciência. Acredito que seja um problema geral do prédio.

1.0O bairro é bom, mas tem uma favela em frente e escutei sons que pareciam tiros.
− Quando entrei no apartamento achei o aspecto sujo e mal cuidado, paredes sujas, banheiro sem cheiro de limpo, camas desarrumadas, parecia que alguém tinha dormido nela e não arrumou. Tinha roupa suja no cesto e na máquina de lavar. Não me senti confortável no apartamento e acabei desistindo de ficar na acomodação.
