Lo mejor es la seguridad y el equipamiento básico. A mejorar la calefacción.
7.0Departamento equipado y amplio. Además de la seguridad que cuenta el departamento (ingreso al condominio) y que tiene acceso a la locomoción pública.
− Humedad del condominio en general (pisos húmedos y con goteras en el techo) y la calefacción con la que cuenta el departamento, que no es la más idonea para el departamento. Pasamos frío a pesar de que manteniamos la calefacción encendida durante todo el día y noche.
