− O APARTAMENTO É MUITO BOM MAS O BARULHO DA ÁREA DE CARGA/DESCARGA DO MERCADO AO LADO ENTRA DIRETO NO APARTAMENTO, BEM COMO A LIMPEZA PRECÁRIA NA CALÇADA NA SAIDA DA GARAGEM (EM FUNCAO DO MERCADO). ENTENDO QUE NÃO ESTÁ RELACIONADO DIRETAMENTE COM A HABITAÇÃO MAS SE CONSIDERAR UM PERÍODO DE FÉRIAS E DESCANSO COM IDOSOS, INCOMODA UM POUCO.
