The person in charge did quick answerd, but with a answerd that you have nothing on. For us was it looking that he only did to win time to not can cancel it when it was still possible.

− We just comeback from our trip from Canada. We didn't have time and the mood to make a review of this place but we think is important let other people know about our experience. We did book this apartment for our time in Toronto, it was looking very nice and with good comment but for us was very disappointing. The place was complete dirty... the bathroom was with pubic hairs and very weird pee smelling, the soap was mixed with water, very old and dark towels. In the bedrooms... the sheets didnt seem that they were washed, we found dirty tissues next to the window, the leaving room walls were very dirty, the sits had dirty white places, the balcony was with end of joints on the floor and roof was with a wood stick in the middle to hold it... We did write the owner explaining him the problem and the only solution was that he can send us an other cleaning person to clean the apartment for us. It was late in the night, we were very tired after a long trip, so we asked him if it was possible to cancel but he said that he can't do that only booking can do it and I finally talking with booking we discovered that he didnt want to give us a compensation. That night we decided to leave the place and find for a better and clean place to can sleep and rest for our continuation of the trip. We did have a lovely time in Canada, this was the only was experience. We advise you to be careful with these place. Here we attach some pictures so you can see what we are talking about. Greetings

It was clean It qas spacious

− Unacceptable level of noise from unit below. Slamming doors that are mini explosions until all hours of the night. Loud voices that carry through building. Very thick strong cooking odors permeate the building. I had booked for 3 nights and left after 2.

Fell short of expectations with the state the bedroom furniture, pillows, beddings and towels.

The bathroom and the living room were great. The living room is spacious. The kitchen was excellent as well.

− The bedrooms fell short of what could be expected of a standard room. It could definitely be improved to provide a more satisfying experience. The bedside tables and lamps were the smallest I have seen. Not even at bed level in height, and the space on them could barely fit my phone and books together. A standard bedside drawer would be ideal. Mattresses seem to be substandard and caved in, depressed with use. Linens were dark colored. Not sure if that is to reduce the cost of laundry, replace them, or potentially hide any stains. Same for towels. Pillows left much to be desired. The bathroom is excellent, although having hooks and extra towels would be helpful. The living room was spacious, and utensils were available. The microwave needs to be checked.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Close to some restaurants and convenience stores.
