9.0The apartment was exceptionally spacious with all the necessary facilities and the location was very good. It was an easy walk across the bridge to the main places of attraction like the Parliament, the National Gallery, etc.
− The many 'No' this and that on the message from the management was a little negative even if they were trying to set clear boundaries. The downstairs bathroom had a broken shower head.

10.0location was excellent. we walked and didn't have to use car. house was beautiful and spacious.
− Ants in kitchen. bedroom door didn't latch. bedding was noisy and slippery. comforter woke us up sweating so alternate blankets are necessary. stair railing was wobbly.
Perfect location and comfortable accommodations for a small group of friends.
9.0The location was perfect for exploring Ottawa and Gatineau. I could easily walk to the the Byward Market as it was just a short distance across the bridge. The house was charming and I loved the little patio in the back. The beds were very comfortable and the location is quiet. I like the fact that all the beds were the same size so no issues. I appreciated the free parking. I would stay here again.
− The stairs going upstairs were a little tricky - have to be careful, especially going down the stairs. They are wood so a bit slippery - could maybe add those little stair carpets.
