2.0− Here are some suggestions you might want to consider: There was no frying pan so I bought one at Dollorama Improvements needed: Tenant security is a problem with no ability to lock a door to prevent unauthorized entrance. There are numerous doors that could breach the space unexpectedly. New larger vanity with room for toiletries. The existing one is rotten The shower has black mold that needs to be dealt with ASAP The shower faucet needs replacing. It's leaking day and night and it's hard to adjust the water temperature. It's almost impossible to get a warm shower, never mind a hot shower Outside needs a sidewalk. I tracked dirt into the unit Need a suitcase stand Closet door needs to be fixed. It can't be closed The fridge is very noisy and should be replaced. I had to unplug it to be able to sleep. The bed is comfortable but you should consider noise abatement from upstairs. There is significant noise from upstairs until past 11 o'clock sometimes up to 1am and starting again at 7 am There are no kitchen garbage bags or blue bins in the building. No kleenex. Property name is incorrect: 1 Bedroom Studio Close To University Of Guelph This is not a 1 bedroom as advertised and it's quite far from the University I expected it to have a bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. My son could have stayed with me. I had to find a nearby airbnb at extra cost. Disappointing. A partial refund would be appreciated

A waste of money. Absolute garbage

− The room is filthy. Dirty laundry is lying on the floor. No bedsheets and towels. The floor is dusty and dirty with hair lying all over. A broom is kept in open and all the dirt is lying around
