One our best holidays
9.0Stunning location. Exceptionally good, right on the most beautiful lake in the world... (probably). #263's private terrace was really fantastic with an exceptional view over the lake and towards Italy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Private lakeside jetty for the 7 apartments with the use of a kayak and 2 paddle boards. Using these and swimming in the surreally beautiful surroundings will stay with me for ever. Nice bonus to have access to the 'parent' resort's facilities in Lugano. We used the spectacular infinity pool at the top of the resort.
− Wifi not secure and staff unable to understand this, although I had some 4g data signal so didn't push the issue. Not perfectly clean but very acceptable. Functional accomodation, not in any way luxurious but fine. Shower hot and strong but far too small with a curtain that sticks to you. Impossible not to get water over the floor. Very squishy mattresses with no edge rigidity. None of these minor issues detracted from the overall fabulous experience and value for money.

− There was lot of bugs, spiders, and wisps INSIDE the apartment. No A/C nor fans on the apartment, we cant open the windows otherwise the bugs will invade us inside. No ventilation on the bathroom and it was a bit dirty. We contacted the staff by email and massages but no answers...
