− The kitchen needs some cleaning and refurbishing. The stove doesn't work properly. There are many ants. The yard needs some cleaning.

1.0− When we arrived, we immediately noticed cockroaches – under the bed, under the furniture, and even inside the mattresses. It was honestly quite disgusting. We tried to talk to the host about it, but he told us that living with cockroaches is normal and basically blamed us for not being okay with it. Besides that, the place wasn’t really clean, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the furniture was old and worn out. The apartment also looked nothing like the photos – not even close. We were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

− The standard of clean was not ok, Hair in the bathroom upon arrival Bird poo covered the entire entrance step to access property Coffee machine had so much white foamy mould growing out of it you could smell it in the kitchen Shower curtain needs replaced

1.0− standard of the room outside noise from builders early in the morning and the stress of no parking at times air conditioning did'nt work ceiling fan stopped shower hanging on wall toilet stopped flushing very disappointing
