Broken ski locker and unclean flat, good location

− The locker was not opening when we came back from skiing. I called the property manager but they didn't come and fix the locker. We had our shoes inside which meant that we could not go anywhere the whole evening! They sent someone to check the afternoon of the day after, and the locker was still not functioning afterwards! Moreover, the carpets were dirty and duvets had yellow stains on them. I would have expected better service for the price we paid!
