2.0− Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding our stay at your facility from 14.07. to 21.07. to express my profound dissatisfaction with the condition of the accommodation. The services provided were in no way consistent with the booked standard, which significantly impaired our vacation. I would like to draw your attention to the following serious defects, which I have documented in the attached photographs: Safety issues: A missing plank on the jetty poses an acute risk of injury, which could lead to serious accidents. Furthermore, the lawn area was so poorly maintained that my son was injured by a bee sting. Hygiene: The main pool was heavily contaminated with duck feces. The children's pool was also in a hygienically unacceptable condition for the entire duration of our stay, which did not improve despite your operations. Quality of accommodation and facilities: The apartment showed significant signs of wear and tear and did not meet the promised quality. The sun loungers provided were also in a dilapidated and barely usable condition. Best regards
